NOTICE OF THE INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE:CLINICAL ARCHITECTURE,11611 N MERIDIAN ST STE 500,CARMEL, INDIANA 46032-4542,UNITED STATES.
Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC), on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs(VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Digital Health Office (DHO), Office ofHealth Informatics (OHI) intends to award a firm-fixed contract with options to ClinicalArchitecture, LLC to provide the use of Symedical Core User Subscription services forthe Knowledge Based Systems Terminology Team (KBST).The proposed procurement is for products for which the Government intends to solicitand negotiate with only one source under the authority of 41 USC §3204(a)(1),U.S.C.3304(a)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart6.302-1 entitled, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services WillSatisfy Agency Requirements.”
The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this requirement is541519.
