This is an Intent to Sole Source. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, of quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information regarding this requirement. MICC-Fort Knox, 199 6th Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121, on behalf of the U.S. Army Mission Support Battalion, 185 9th Cavalry Regiment Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121 intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source award to the Freeman Decorating Co., 14221 N Dallas Parkway Ste. 200 Dallas, TX 75254-2942. The Freeman Decorating Co. is the sole source to provide booth space Ancillary Services at the HOSA Future Health Professionals at the 2025 International Leadership Conference occurring at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, from 17-20 June 2025.This sole source award to the Freeman Decorating Co. is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.106-1(b) - soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deems only one source reasonably available.
