Description
The 5th Contracting Squadron at Minot Air Force Base, ND, intends to award a single source purchase order for Decision Lens software. In accordance with FAR Part 8, agencies must procure the Decision Lens software through the DoD ESI Blanket Purchase Agreement, as it is the designated mandatory source for DoD Approved Software. As evidenced by Decision Lens having the mandatory certifications, i.e. Certificate to Field for Decision Lens Version 1.x.x from AO Cloud and DevSecOps (April 28, 2025) and the Non-Security Impact (NSI) Memo from 5 CS/SCXS, Decision Lens meets stringent security and operational standards.
The anticipated award date is after 10 September 2025. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide software with the same capabilities, DoD approval and certifications, and security assurances as Decision Lens. The deadline for the submittals is 10 September 2025 at 11:00 AM CST.
A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
