Description
The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action for the procurement of the following items:
Delta H Single Chamber Heat Treat System (P/N DEF-SC-CH1812481200SR) with upgrade kit for FULL Compliance to SAE-AMS2750 / Boeing BAC5621
This requirement is accomplished in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b) “Soliciting from a single source”. Delta H is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the above listed machinery. The OEM has identified the only authorized distributor of this product is Phillips Corporation, Federal Division. This is a notice of intent to award a BRAND NAME, sole-source procurement action under NAICS 333994 and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge this sole source action must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm-s ability to provide for this Brand Name Requirement. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond by Tuesday, 15 July 2025 at 7:00AM PST to Contracting Officer Patricia Murray at email: patricia.murray.6@us.af.mil or phone (520)228-3095. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The 355th Contracting Office will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
