Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with K-EPPS LLC for Asbestos Abatement Services at the Durham Veterans Medical Center (VAMC). Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with VAAR 819.7008 soliciting from an SDVOSB single source. Under the authority of Public Law 104-262, 38 U.S.C. 8153 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) Part 873, the contractor agrees to provide Asbestos Abatement services to The Durham VA Medical Center (DVAMC) located at 508 Fulton St, Durham, NC 27705, has discovered several buildings that contain Asbestos. The DVAMC requires Asbestos Abatement related services. The quantities are approximated. Thus, the abatement contractor has the responsibility to verify all quantities of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) to be removed.This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. No Responses will be considered by the Government. NAICS Code 562910 / $25 million.
