Indian Health Services - Phoenix Ara Office intends to award a Purchase Order on a brand name sole source basis for Fujifilm replacement endoscopes and processor, under FAR Part 11.105(a)(1).The vendor must have no direct interest in the project and must be a subject matter expert regarding and able to provide the Fujifilm replacement endoscopes and processor
Firms who want to challenge the sole-source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates their firm-s ability to provide the exact equipment and rationale as to why they should be considered, as described above. All interested parties must respond by 5:00 PM (EDT), March 28, 2025 to Phillip Wendzillo, Indian Health Services, 40 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85004. Email: phillip.wendzillo@ihs.gov No reimbursement for any costs associated with providing the capability information will be provided by IHS.The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
