The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility intends to award a non-competitive, sole source purchase order to Proposed Contractor, Government Marketing & Procurement LLC, for QGenda Scheduling Software. Authority cited FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(ii) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Proposed Contractor shall provide QGenda Scheduling Software services for the Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility for Period of Performance consisting of one one-year base year plus two one-year option periods.
Base Period - 05/01/2025-04/30/2026 First Option Period - 05/01/2026-04/30/2027 Second Option Period -05/01/2027-04/30/2028
The Proposed Contractor is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required services for scheduling software services to ensure that there is no interruption in services that could improve patient outcomes and lower health care costs. QGenda is the only scheduling software contractor that has a valid Authorize to Operate (ATO) designation in place with the Veteran-s Administration. It is also the only contractor who provides scheduling automation software that is FedRAMP Certified. The software has the ability to maintain clinician schedule with the use of a secure, facility-specific web site, ability to create the schedule with automation powered by a configurable algorithm, ability to support a multi-tier approval process, and ability to track time worked via mobile application. The software is compatible with the equipment that is onsite at Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility.
This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes.
