This Request for Proposal (RFP), W519TC-25-R-0003, is issued to fulfill the U.S. Governments requirement for the demilitarization (demit) and disposal of 5 inch, 6 inch, 8 inch, and bulk material containing Explosive Dor Comp A-3. This RFP is restricted to G.D.O. (Gradient Technologies), located in Elk River, Minnesota, as authorized by 10 U.S. C. 3204(a)(l) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-l(a)(2)(ii)(A). The applicable Justification and Approval was signed on 29 October 2024.
Prior to award, this RFP should not be discussed with any U.S. Government employee without consent from the Contracting Officer, Mr. John Fury. Your comments and/or questions should be directed in writing to Contracting Officer, John Fury and the Contract Specialist, Jennifer Darby.
