NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:(THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE)
The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to HEATCON, Inc. Required items to be purchased are: Heatcon Composite Systems Hot Bonder, Part Number HCS9000B.
Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing information describing their ability to provide the product listed above. A determination by the Government to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.The closing date for this notice is 19 August 2025 at 09:00 AM (EST).
