TITLE: F2MTRP5094A001, Sole Source Acquisition for Pope Lift Tickets
The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Paraclete Aviation, LLC. Required items to be purchased are:
This procurement will be for the purchase of aircraft, facilities, vertical wind tunnel and services to support 352 Special Warfare Training Squadron (SW TS) military parachute operations.
APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY:
This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Paraclete Aviation, LLC is the sole source. There are no other available vendors in at least 95 miles that can fulfill this service. Additionally, military freefall currencies need to be maintained, and jump times are dictated by the schoolhouse-s teaching schedule. Paraclete Aviation LLC has the experience and flexibility required to meet the schedule of the 352 BA TS. Furthermore, Air Mobility Command (AMC) has approved the aircraft utilized by Paraclete Aviation, LLC, and the Drop Zone has been surveyed and approved by the Air Force for military use.
Only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 06 June 2025 at 12:00 P.M EST. The anticipated award date is unknown.
