The 48th Contracting Squadron, United States Air Forces in Europe (USAFE), Royal Air Force (RAF) Lakenheath intends to award a sole source, base year contract with two option years to QinetiQ. The contractor is to Provide the use of air weapons ranges capable of safely accomplishing the delivery of weapons and training activities for which trials and specifications have been approved. Additionally, the range must be close enough to RAF Lakenheath that 48 Fighter Wing Aircraft and USAF aircraft in general can fly from RAF Lakenheath, deliver their weapons and return in one sortie. The contractor shall ensure there are sufficient personnel and resources to enable scheduled range activities. - Documents:
