- In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a single source, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, intends to issue an order on a Sole Source basis to Rockwell Automation Inc, 1 Allen Bradley Dr, Cleveland, Ohio 44124, for Allen-Bradley programmable logic controllers (PLC) and networking equipment. In order to maintain the original manufacturer's warranty and licensing for existing Allen-Bradley 5380 controllers, the District's only option is to purchase the products from Rockwell Automation's Government Business Division.
This is not a request for competitive proposal/quotes. Any vendor that believes it can provide the state supplies may submit supporting documents demonstrating capability and past performance. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. - Documents:
