Intent to Sole Source for Preqin LTD-s Data Subscription Service
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 47QACA25Q0362. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information received.
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Investment and Innovation (OII) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Preqin LTD, 1st Floor, Verde, 10 Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5DH, United Kingdom, to provide one (1) twelve month base period and one (1) one-year option period for up to fifteen (15) licenses for access to Preqin-s online databases covering private equity, venture capital, investor analysis, fund terms, and private debt. The geographic regions to be covered must include, but are not limited to: North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific (excluding China), and Latin America.
