Description
The 4th Fighter Wing Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Action Target INC cage (0N2W7). Action Target is to provide replacement parts, service, and repair of their shooting range retieval system. The parts and service of the repair are proprietary. This is maintained by their policy of only offering warranty coverage and support for systems using Action Target-provided parts and services. The use of any third-party parts or services will void the warranty and nullify any support obligations from the company. Action Target further reinforces this position by not releasing repair or maintenance information to outside parties, which confines system knowledge to their own personnel.
