PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to award a sole source fixed priced contract for one twelve (12) month base and two twelve (12) month option periods with the following company.

HUD has prepared a sole source justification on the basis of other than full and open competition for this effort. HUD intends to award to only one source under the authority of 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. HUD, Multi Family Housing requires a dynamic database that is adept at meeting the varied needs of multiple HUD staff engaged in multifamily underwriting and housing market analysis. HUD-s regulations and administrative procedures require HUD staff to evaluate loan and mortgage insurance applications submitted to the Department.
The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement 519290 Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services with a NAICS size stand of 1,000 employees. This notice will be distributed solely through the sam.gov website.
