Description
The U.S. Army Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) on behalf of the Assistant Secretary of the Army Financial Management and Comptroller (ASA(FM&C)), intends to award a contract on a sole source basis under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition at 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Only One responsible source, to Turtle Reef Holdings, LLC, to provide technical and managerial support to migrate systems logic, connections, and end user experience from the legacy server-based platform to the modern cloud-based environment. This requirement supports Army Resource Management operations and allows efficient functioning within multiple modules of the Army PPBE systems which executes funds control and budget processes in a real time environment.
This notice is NOT a request for proposals or competitive quotations.
Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties were offerred to identify their interest and capability with regard to this requirement no later than 5 December 2024. All information that was to have been submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required and was to be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
