The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF) intends to award a non-competitive sole source purchase order to vendor, Sound Marketing Inc, to provide Satellite Television Programing Services. Authority cited FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) - for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. No other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Proposed Contractor shall provide Satellite Television Programing Services to the Information Resource Management (IRM) Department at Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF).
Period of Performance will be for one base year plus four option years beginning when award is made.
-Base Year 08/01/2025 to 07/31/2026-First Option Year 08/01/2026 to 07/31/2027-Second Option Year 08/01/2027 to 07/31/2028-Third Option Year 08/01/2028 to 07/31/2029-Fourth Option Year 08/01/2029 to 07/31/2030
The Proposed Contractor is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required services for Satellite Television Programing for Inpatient Room TV Service. No other vendor can deliver the TV Programing Services that meets the technical and operational requirements. This vendor has proprietary rights over the television services as the existing equipment already installed an in use at CCHCF.
This notice of intent to award sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be an advantage to the Government. Responders are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
