Description
In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. The James A. Haley VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with OST Services. They are located at 2616 S Hawthorne Circle Tampa, FL 33629. OST Services shall provide removal and replacement of OR11 OR s A-D SPS and Lab AHU pumps. TheOR11 OR s A-D SPS and Lab AHU pumps are highly specialized, therefore another firm would not be familiar with the rationale of the design; not be able to address Request for Information (RFI s) accurately; or accurately provide training for this equipment, which is critical for proper patient care, as well as a sound end product. The OR11 OR s A-D SPS and Lab AHU pump replacements at the James A. Haley VA Medical Center are located at 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa FL 33612. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811310. The size standard is $12.5 million. Interested parties that can meet the capabilities and requirements, may identify their interest, and submit quotations. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements, must submit information about their capabilities no later than 12:00PM EST, 02/05/2024. All information shall be provided at no cost, or obligation to the Government. No solicitation will be made available. The information must be sent to the Contract Specialist, katrina.tavares@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete with the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Contracting Department will proceed with the sole source negotiation with OST Services.
