NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:
(THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE)
The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to HDT Expeditionary Systems Inc. This procurement is for 80 hours the generation of teaching material maintenance and troubleshooting training for the THOR-200 flight line air conditioner. This is to include 3 days instruction of the material genetated by HDT. HDT is the inventor and patent holder of its THOR 200 Air Conditioner and possesses the proprietary manufacturing processes and know-how associated with its production. These proprietary processes encompass manufacturing design and engineering; production and technical inspections; refit, retrofit, and repair; and quality control and inspection. HDT retains specific limited technical data rights related to these products.

Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing information describing their ability to provide the service listed above. A determination by the Government to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
