The requirement will be sole sourced to Dunbar Mechanical Contractors LLC, 4165 Brunswick Rd Bartlett, TN 38133-2136. Dunbar Mechanical Contractors LLC will provide Emergency Abatement and Reheat System Repairs. Due to the urgent nature of this requirement , this service will be Sole Sourced to Dunbar Mechanical Contractors LLC. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b) (2), soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 562910 and has a size standard of $20M (exception) for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 11:00 am CST, August 22, 2025 to: diane.ziegler@@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
