Description
The U. S. International Trade Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Univeristy of Valencia- Av. de Blasco Ibáñez, 13, El Pla del Real, 46010 València, Valencia, Spain, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
This requirement will provide USITC technical expert consultant services for a unique database previously built with the help of Professor Jordi Paniagua who is with University of Valencia, Spain. Please see attached Justification and Approval for further details.
This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
