In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the James A. Haley VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole-source award with **Antoncecchi Power LLC**, located at 616 NW 2nd Ave Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311.
Antoncecchi Power LLC is the sole provider authorized to supply and support the replacement of the UPS output circuit panels currently installed at the Lakeland facility. Due to the nature of this system, no other vendor is qualified to provide or install compatible replacement components or perform associated repairs without compromising the integrity, certification, and warranty of the system.
Antoncecchi Power LLC technicians are factory-trained and certified to carry out repairs and ensure compliance with all federal healthcare facility requirements. Their unique expertise and authorization are necessary to maintain the system's operational reliability, code compliance, and warranty status. Therefore, Antoncecchi Power LLC is recommended as the sole source provider for the replacement and repair of the UPS output circuit panels and associated system components, ensuring continuity of service, adherence to code, and protection of the system s certification status.
