This Notice is to announce that the Department of Veteran Affairs, Consolidated Mail-Out Pharmacy(CMOP) Charleston, is proposing to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source contract, IAW 41 U.S. Code 3304(a)(1), with Innovation Associates Inc. dba iA, for Systems Manager support of the Automated Pharmacy Fulfillment System (APFS). This is a Base Year plus One (1) Year Option. The System Manager must be an employee of iA due to the current APFS contract and warranty that is in place. The System Manager has to be knowledgeable of the proprietary Nexia/Symphony software suite, iA Spare Parts, subcontractor trouble ticket procedures, and iA Customer Experience procedures. This position cannot be staffed by any other contractor due to the specific access needed to iA systems, processes, and proprietary systems.
