THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ). A RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED.Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC, IHEODTD), intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a noncompetitive basis to MPM Products, Inc., 1718 E Grevillea Court, Ontario, CA 91761-8035 to provide:Support to the Joint Service Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Intelligence communities with the safe collection and transportation of Captured Exploitable Materiel (CEM). FUJI Digital Radiography systems will be employed locally and in forward deployed (OCONUS) environments for the purpose determining internal structures, fillers, fuzing and firing train elements of Captured Exploitable Materiel (CEM). Availability of the equipment in all locations is paramount to the safety and security of both command personnel and cooperating members of US and NATO uniformed / armed services members. These parts are needed to update the current Fuji system that we have to be compliant with the other systems.
