Description
The U.S. Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Lumen Technologies for a renewal of an existing dedicated circuit. The proposed purchase order is for a renewal of an existing dedicated circuit for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Lumen Technologies under the auspices of FAR Subpart 13.106-1 (b)(ii), soliciting from a single source. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Any source capable of providing the supplies and is interested in submitting a capabilities statement may do so electronically to Dante Lewis, Dante.Lewis@usdoj.gov.
