Notice of Intent to Award / Sole Source (Below SAT)

In accordance with (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Chinle, Arizona 86503 intends to award a non-competitive, sole sourced purchase order to ONESOURCE DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES for Annual renewal of OneSource Subscription software services for the Chinle Service Unit (CSU); 1) Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, 2) Tsaile Health Center and 3) Pinon Health Center.

The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with base + 4 Option Year for OneSOURCE Complete service - vendor shall offer a comprehensive management tool that provides online access to all IFUs, service manuals, safety data sheets, and other manufacturer guidelines that oneSOURCE manages. CSU shall have access to the complete collection of required documents combined with the quarterly reviews of complied usage analytics; Surgical Instruments and Equipment, Tissue & Implants, Biomedical PM, Dental, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Consumables, Tracking System/CMMS Integrations and Partnerships. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 518210 Data processing, Hosting, and related services, with a small business size standard of $35.0 million.

The Proposed Contractor is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required services to ensure that there is no interruption in services that could impact direct patient care.

This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
