LOCATED IN BROOMFIELD, CO FOR NON-PERSONAL SEVERABLE FOR INTERACTIVE DATA LANGUAGE (IDL) SOFTWARE LICENSE TO BE PERFORMED IN BROOMFIELD CO.
***THE SOLE SOURCE DETERMINATION IS BASED ON NOAA-S REQUIREMENT THAT NV5 GEOSPATIAL SOLUTIONS, INC. IS THE ONLY VENDOR THAT MANUFACTURES AND DISTRIBUTES THIS SERVICE INTERACTIVE DATA LANGUAGE (IDL) SOFTWARE LICENSE. NV5 GEOSPATIAL SOLUTIONS, INC. (“NV5GSI”), IS THE EXCLUSIVE MANUFACTURER, DEVELOPER, DIRECT SALES CHANNEL AND DISTRIBUTOR FOR IDL® SOFTWARE AND IS THE SOLE SOURCE SUPPLIER FOR THESE SOFTWARE PRODUCTS IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA, AND UTILIZES NO OTHER AUTHORIZED THIRD-PARTY DISTRIBUTORS, RESELLERS, OR AGENTS. IDL IS THE LEADING SOFTWARE PLATFORM FOR DATA ANALYSIS, VISUALIZATION, AND CROSS-PLATFORM APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT. IDL-S FEATURES INCLUDE ADVANCED IMAGE PROCESSING, INTERACTIVE 2D AND 3D GRAPHICS, INTEGRATED MATHEMATICS AND STATISTICS, A CROSS-PLATFORM GUI TOOLKIT, AND VERSATILE PROGRAM LINKING TOOLS.
