Department of Public Works, Presidio of Monterey, California is seeking current relevant experience, personnel, and capability to perform Interior Paint and Flooring Repair and installation of new rubber tile for Bldg #622. The contractor will conduct removal of existing baseboards, floor carpets, VCT tiles including surface scraping and carpet disposal, and installation of new rubber tile flooring at Bldg #622 Barracks facility in accordance with applicable Unified Guide Facilities Specifications.
NOTE: Bldg #622 will be occupied by the User during interior walls painting and flooring repair to install rubber tile work. Contractor shall coordinate furniture relocation to the other rooms on the first floor of the administration rooms, and for the second floor, and the third floor with Directorate of Public Works (DPW). Contractor shall provide at least one week notice for preparation with the DPW and with the Users U.S. Army personnel of Bldg #622.
