Description:
SCOPE OF WORK: The interior remodeling works for Floor 3 of the Police Superintendency include, but are not limited to, the following items:Architecture: (1) Demolition of plaster walls located in existing storage area, including the removal of doors with frames and hardware and the proper disposal of all residual materials and debris resulting from the removal and demolition work, (2) Provision and installation of new plaster walls to delimit the proposed areas for bathrooms, showers, locker rooms, exercise machines, and physical training equipment, including the acquisition and installation of interior doors in metal and aluminum/glass, respectively, and fixed accessories for bathroom areas; all of agreement with the proposed distribution of spaces; and (3) Provision and installation of slab finishes for walls and floors, and acoustic panels and gypsum panels for ceilings, as well as the application of paint products on walls, columns, beams, ceilings, doors and any other surface where required; all as detailed in the contract documents. Electricity: (1) Acquisition and installation of interior luminaires with LED type lamps (or approved as the same), in accordance with the Schedule and proposed layout of spaces, (2) Provision and installation of all components of the electrical distribution system, including receptacles, conduits, wiring, junction boxes, outlet boxes boxes), distribution panels, protection and ignition switches (switches), lighting control switches (dimmers), etc., as proposed in the plans provided, and (3) Provision and installation of the components proposed for the system fire alarm and safety; all as detailed in the contract documents.Mechanical (Plumbing): Acquisition and installation of all sanitary and drinking water pipes...
