Description
In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The Department of Homeland Secretary Office of Procurement Operations in support of the Office of the Chief Readiness Officer intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Brown Construction Services, Inc. to provide interior upgrades for executive conference rooms within a historically registered building on the St. Elizabeths Campus, Washington, DC. This sole source procurement is based on the Government-s need for a company that possesses the unique expertise and experience with the historical preservation requirements of this building.
No solicitation will be made available. Interested parties who wish to submit information about their companies- capabilities can email the contracting officer no later than 5:00 PM, Eastern Time, 09/18/2025. Information should be emailed to tracy.miller@hq.dhs.gov and tanya.hill@hq.dhs.gov.
