- Bid Synopsis: The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Quality Assurance (DQA), is seeking to contract with a vendor to provide Internal Quality Improvement Consulting to conduct virtual and in person group trainings with Division leaders and Quality Assurance staff. The vendor would be facilitating virtual and in person project development sessions, data analysis, and providing feedback for Division developed quality improvement plans/projects. These services ensure effective and efficient practices for WI regulated healthcare providers to submit applications, reports, payments, etc. electronically to expidite these processes. This data will help to ensrue providers have more real time feedback for meeting specific regulations/requirements needed to provide care to WI residents. These services, may not exceed $50,000.00 (fifty-thousand dollars) in total. The Department of Health Services does not guarantee to purchase any specific quantity, or pay any minimum Contract price during the term of the Contract. Bids that require a minimum number of commodities or services be ordered will be disqualified.
