Description:
This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Special Notice. Pursuant to FAR 5.203(a), Washington Headquarters Services/Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)) and OUSW Research and Engineering (R&E), intends to award a sole source contract to the incumbent Contractor, Quality Management Systems, Inc. [CAGE Code: 080T3, 7700 Little River Tpke, Suite 202, Annadale, VA 22003].
The Contractor is currently performing services under Contract Number HQ0034-20-F-0091 with services concluding on January 18, 2026. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
