Hold state and federal certificates to work in an asbestos containing area. Needs Contractor Asbestos Management Course (40 hrs.) and all assigned workers must have asbestos certification of no less than 16 hours with a valid Respiratory Fit Test certification. Certified in Hilti Fire Stop Applications. Knowledge in The Joint Commission EC.02.03.05 reporting requirements. Experience working in a Hospital Environment. Due to the hospital fire safety systems requiring the highest level of confidence in the monitoring and maintenance the following must be considered: 5+ years Knowledge of VASD hospitals, facilities, and systems, 5 + years Hospital Experience must have hospital experience various procedures required to enter different areas. 5+ years of experience with Edwards system and certified Edwards vendor and repair technicians.
