Description
The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 08, intends to negotiate a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price Contract with Terarecon, Inc. to procure two (2) Titanium Suite Software Licenses with Intuition Premier Success and one (1) year of maintenance in accordance with FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency. This acquisition is for the Bruce W. Carter Miami VA Medical Center, 1201 NW 16th St, Maimi FL 33125. The Government intends to award the contract to Terarecon Inc. 4309 Emperor Blvd. Suite 310, Durham, NC 27703SAM UEI: NJX3EKJRZP68. This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), requiring publication of the proposed contract action. Contractors may submit a capabilities statement or quotation which may be considered by the agency for future procurement. The government shall not pay for any costs incurred by responses to this notice.It is the Government's belief that Terarecon, Inc. is the only Contractor that can fulfil the requirement to meet the need of the Miami VAMC. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.Responses to this notice are due on Friday, August 15, 2025, at 6:00PM (EST) to John Quijada Jr, Contracting Specialist, via email at john.quijadajr@va.gov
