Description:
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to obtain Bids from qualified vendors to provide Security Officer Services for the Texas Lottery Commission.This IFB is issued in accordance with the State Lottery Act (Tex. Gov-tCode ch. 466.001) and the procurement rules of the Texas Lottery Commission, 16Tex. Admin. Code (TAC) §401.101, et. seq. All Bids submitted in response to this IFB are subject to the requirements of the State Lottery Act, regardless of whether specifically addressed in this IFB. All potential Bidders should read and be familiar withthe State Lottery Act and the procurement rules of the Texas Lottery Commission.Bidders should refer to the Schedule of Events contained in the IFB for important deadlines. Bids are due on July 22, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. Central Time. Prior to submitting a response to this IFB, Bidders are advised to re-check this posting for any possible additional information or amendments.
