Description
The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Pacific is issuing solicitation No. N66001-25-R-0003 for services required for shipping, receiving, excessing, warehouse and inventory management operations support. These services will include a full range of functions for incoming and outgoing material, delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments, packaging, and handling, of nonhazardous and hazardous shipments. The requirement will be competed as a Small Business (8a) only competition. Offeror may submit questions regarding clarification of solicitation requirements via e-mail to Genesis Nicolas-Tabalanza, genesis.e.nicolas-tabalanza.civ@us.navy.mil and Emily Green, emily.f.green.civ@us.navy.mil. The deadline for questions is 14:00 Pacific Daylight Time on 09 April 2025. Questions received after the deadline may or not be answered by the Government.
