Sources Sought NoticeThis market research notice is being conducted by Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17; Plaza Medical Center, 5441 Babcock Road Ste. 302, San Antonio, Texas 78240 for the acquisition of Inventrix, Inc, providing detailed Labtrac Connect Web Portal Hosting, Installation and Configuration and Annual Support Software Upgrade and Maintenance. The Government intends to solely negotiate with Inventrix, Inc 201 S. College St STE 1950, Charlotte, Nc 28244.Background and Requirement: The contractor will furnish all labor, transportation, parts, test equipment, tools, and expertise necessary to maintain the Inventrix Labtrac Connect Web Portal located at the Central Dental Laboratory VA Medical Center. The vendor shall provide the following coverages on the system: (Labtrac Connect Web Portal Hosting, Installation and Configuration and Annual Support Software Upgrade and Maintenance). The vendor shall have the ability to connect to the system remotely through an approved VA VPN connection for troubleshooting purposes. The vendor shall have the ability to apply all upgrades, Field Change Orders to ensure the system is maintained to manufacturer s standards to include software and quality updates. The vendor shall provide all coverages and benefits normally given in their commercial service and support agreements.THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, Contractors may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the contracting officer whether to continue with the sole source procurement or to provide for competition.
