Description
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Division of Acquisition Management and Contracts, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm fixed price contract with Graywolf Sensing Solutions, LLC. (Unique Entity ID # DLU8K9S7NJH5), under the authority at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization). Graywolf Sensing Solutions, LLC is able to provide a monitor that detects a variety of harmful gases when conducting an Indoor Air Quality investigation at the healthcare facilities.
