Description : Type of Service1)The Department of Rehabilitation's (DOR) Business Enterprise Program (BEP) equipment is located in State, Federal, County office buildings, privately owned buildings cafeterias, snack bars, convenience stores and vending machine facilities.2)The Contractor shall provide semiannual, or as required Grease Trap Service and Repair for the Department of Rehabilitation's Business Enterprise Program cafeterias, snack bars, and as follows:Contractor will perform the following work:Fully pump out the exterior grease trap.Scrape all interior walls of the grease trap and remove the debris and residue, steam clean and /or hydro jet, if applicable. Deodorizing may be requested at no extra charge to the State.In accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and local ordinances, properly dispose of the grease trap contents.Where an interior grease trap exists, perform the same maintenance, as listed above, on the interior grease trap. Hydro jetting may be required and will be charged to the state at a rate of $250.00 (two hundred fifty dollar) flat rate per hour.Timely services must be provided to ensure the BEP vendor has limited interruption of business operations. This includes planning logistics, ensuring safety protocols, and coordinating with the Business Enterprises Consultant (BEC) and BEP vendors when necessary.
