Description:
Attention: General Contractors, HVAC Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Insulation and other specialty Contractors. The Project consists of the replacement of the majority of the HVAC and mechanical equipment within the building as well as upgrades to insulation, windows and doors. This will include utilizing electric-sourced heat pumps for cooling and heating, replacement of boilers, HRV ventilation equipment, replace air handling units, required ductwork, and system controls. Insulation and air seal the walls, floors and ceiling where possible and also in the attic area. Insulate and air seal the windows and doors. A pre-bid site visit will be held at the Library in Bennington, Vermont at 9:00 am, Tuesday November 25th. It is strongly encouraged that contractors be in attendance to bid on the project. Questions regarding the bid can be submitted via email to: mail@clarch.com Questions shall be submitted by 4:00 pm. on Tuesday December 9. Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 pm, Tuesday December 16th, 2025.
