The scope of work specifically does not include identification and removal of hazardous waste and materials caused by or generated at vehicular collisions, accidents, and highway spills.The services shall be performed at various locations in the following Caltrans Districts and Counties:A. District 1: Del Norte, Humboldt, Mendocino, and Lake CountiesB. District 2: Lassen, Modoc, Plumas, Shasta, Siskiyou, Tehama, and Trinity CountiesC.
