Description:
The Missouri Department of Transportation, Northwest District, is seeking to purchase Polyethylene & Polypropylene Culvert Pipe for delivery to MoDOT NW District locations. The resulting agreement(s) will be established on an "as needed/if needed" basis. This is a multiple award bid. MoDOT does not guarantee any purchases throughout the contract. The contract period will be from the Notice of Award through October 31, 2026, with four (4) additional one-year renewal option period or any portion thereof. **Please note MoDOT is seeking pricing on regular polyethylene pipe not steel reinforced.** MoDOT will receive bids electronically, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email at Nanci.Grannemann@modot.mo.gov at least five (5) business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid.
