- MoDOT seeks bids from qualified organizations to provide Pre-Employment/Post Offer Physicals and/or Annual (Respiratory Clearance) Physicals located throughout the State of Missouri, to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). The contract period is from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028 with up to two (2) one- year renewal option periods, or any portion therein. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email at Joshua.Yeager@modot.mo.gov five (5) business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid.
