Description : You are invited to review and respond to this Department of State Hospitals (DSH) solicitation. DSH is seeking bids for a contractor to provide Forensic Pathology Consultation and support services to assist with mortality review processes in the absence of an autopsy report. In submitting a bid, bidders agree that they have read, understood, and will comply with the instructions found herein. Failure to comply with any of the requirements may result in rejection of a bidder's bid. By submitting a response, bidders agree to the terms and conditions stated in this solicitation and any resulting agreement. All agreements entered into with the State of California will include by reference the State's General Terms and Conditions and Contractor Certification Clauses that may be viewed and downloaded at: Standard Contract Language.On March 4, 2022, Governor Gavin Newsom issued Executive Order N-6-22 (the EO) regarding Economic Sanctions against Russia and Russian entities and individuals. ¿Economic Sanctions¿ refers to sanctions imposed by the U.S. government in response to Russia's actions in Ukraine, as well as any sanctions imposed under state law.
