Gov-tCode ch. 466.001) and the procurement rules of the Texas Lottery Commission, 16Tex. Admin. Code (TAC) §401.101, et. seq.All Bids submitted in response to this IFB are subject to the requirements of the State Lottery Act, regardless of whether specificallyaddressed in this IFB. All potential Bidders should read and be familiar withthe State Lottery Act and the procurement rules of the Texas Lottery Commission.Bidders should refer to the Schedule of Events contained in the IFB for important deadlines.
