DESCRIPTION Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intends to make a sole source award to Philips North America LLC., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, when the supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source. Market research was conducted and determined that Philips North America LLC. is the only vendor capable of providing supplies and services necessary to meet the requirements. The proposed procurement is to support the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, Florida 33744, procured a highly specialized software package for post-MRI acquisition image processing to aid Radiologists in the evaluation/interpretation of breast, prostate, and neurological MRI imaging, and for use in the guidance of breast and prostate, MRI Guided, percutaneous biopsies. The current service warranty will expire on 08/20/2025 and requires a new service plan for continuance. OBJECTIVES: The primary objectives of this project are to: Ensure continuous and optimal operation of the DynaCAD software Provide timely and effective technical support and troubleshooting Conduct regular maintenance and apply necessary updates and upgrades Offer ongoing user support and training Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed Provide (2) software tune-ups per year at the customer s request BRAND ONLY SOFTWARE FUNCTIONAL AND PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS: DynaCAD 5 Breast & Prostate Fully automated post acquisition image processing User customizable hanging protocols Automated transfer of images, statistical data and Prostate PI-RADS(r) reports to PACS Ability for concurrent/simultaneous users of breast and prostate modules SPECIFIC FUNCTIONAL NEEDS/SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS Software must be compatible with ALL existing MRI imaging devices at Bay Pines VA (various manufacturers) Software must be compatible with the existing Philips Intellispace PACS network All MRI image post processing must be fully aut... - Documents:
