- Description Services include providing Iowa's Early ACCESS providers with access to 100 seats in TORSH Talent, resources and professional learning package to support fidelity of implementation of Family Guided Routines Based Intervention (FGRBI) with families and children eligible for Early ACCESS IDEA Part C services. Services will support providers in FGRBI Online Learning Modules, coaching support and examining fidelity data. Services also include up to 9 planning and collaboration meetings with State staff and up to 2 one-hour webinar presentations between August 26, 2025 and August 25, 2026. The option for annual renewals through August 25, 2028 will be considered.
