ISO Data Management System
The City of Dallas (the City) is issuing this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposal (RFCSP) for an experienced firm to implement, host, and support a web-based software solution tool to support its Environmental/Quality/Safety ISO Data Management Systems according to the specifications. The City is amenable to any web-based software solution that is either . A) compatible with the Salesforce platform, or B) compatible with other platforms as described in Section IV (Scope of Work). Some minimum business objectives for this project are: • Excellent UX/UI for the user to increase efficiency and internal customer satisfaction • Internet browser connectivity to allow staff around the City to access data relevant to their operations on desk top computers, and mobile devices • Off-line access and usability • Reduce the risk of non-conformity of ISO standards and internal procedures • Increase data and record security • Capacity to contain and track records for at least 25 City departments • Satisfy workflows and allow users to maintain different records based on the record types • Specify different levels of access of different modules in the system • Ability to create audit records • Ability to issue non-compliances, non-conformances, and other findings • Ability to track the approvals and rejections for these findings • Risk Assessment tool for Environmental Aspects and Impacts (to identify the activities or operations that affect the environment) • Document Legal requirements for ISO standards (14001 - Environmental Management Systems standards, 45001 - Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems standards and, 9001 - Quality Management Systems standards) • Document progress on environmental goals and targets (Objectives and Targets) • Training, support, and maintenance • User access of 120 minimum account users • Multilingual option at no extra cost • Unlimited file saving • Unlimited file uploads • Administrative control and unlimited administrators • Exportable reports to other file formats • Library/repository backup • Secure software access
