Description:
The City of Palo Alto is inviting proposals from qualified vendors to provide on-call, time-limited professional support services for its Information Technology (IT) Department. The goal of this project is to establish a pool of vendors capable of addressing specialized IT needs on an as-needed basis. These services aim to enhance the Citys IT environment, including server/network management, cloud system migration, disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure updates.Key project areas include network and system updates, security compliance, data backup solutions, application development, and SharePoint consultation.
