Request for Qualifications he City of Ozark, Missouri (“City”), is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified consultants or firms with expertise in providing information technology (“IT”) support services. The selected firm will be responsible for providing IT support services to optimize the City of Ozark-s computer network, which includes, but is not limited to, hardware, software, service management, connectivity, licensing, and personnel on-site as needed; said services provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
